5 Relationship Tips To Learn From The Lagos Driver-conductor Connection

If you live in Lagos, then you must have experienced the unique relationship between danfo drivers and their conductors.
I have had to be a part of their relationship in recent times and have had time to think about the subject.

Honestly, they have what every relationship and subsequent marriage should have.

Here is a list of these unique requirements.

1• They both believe their survival is dependent on one another and so must work together to make money.

2• They fight most of the time and have conflicts of interest but it never affects the overall goal.

3• Some drivers switch out conductors for a variety of reasons but d conductors are able to accept it for the way things must be for success.

4• They fight for and defend each other except on the rare occasion where one of the two is really lousy and has been bailed out too often.

5• The driver always knows the road to take, but it’s the conductors place to make sure that all hassles during the journey are taken care of.

The moral of this speech?

Marriages fail because they go in thinking of themselves and their goals, not the joint, big picture.

They feel they have an opportunity to switch out partners without some bumps along the way that eventually hurt.

Oh, what you can achieve as a team is endless.

Love, fight, defend, support, assist, pray, encourage, forgive…. as hard as you possibly can.

Let them be a reminder everyday you step out, because in the end, every driver needs a conductor
